Sentencia dictada en la redada de drogas más grande del condado de Buncombe

Rogelio Gutiérrez, de 40 años, de Atlanta, pasará al menos 15 años en prisión luego de que se declaró culpable de poseer más de 8.5 libras de metanfetamina.

Fue arrestado el 15 de julio durante una parada en Long Shoals Road, junto a la Interestatal 26. El 26 de octubre, se declaró culpable de dos cargos de tráfico de metanfetamina. Cumplirá entre 180 y 240 meses tras las rejas y pagará una multa de $200,000.
