Many Voices Build A Stronger Community

Hola Carolina explores and gives a critical voice to the diversity of our community. Our mission is to build bridges between cultures, embrace diversity and create more economically vibrant communities.
Hola Carolina believes that every culture has a history and tradition to honor. This common thread allows us to communicate across cultures in a universal language and understand one another in a different way.
By bringing diverse groups of people together, Hola Carolina nurtures shared learning and understanding – of both the value of individuals and the power of community.
As we look toward the future, it’s imperative that we recognize that each American demographic faces different and unique challenges, it is important that we acknowledge our diverse perspectives and craft solutions emerging from an inclusive and thoughtful local discourse. Closing the gaps today will make us more competitive and stronger in the future.

Our Founder's Story
Humanitarians and social entrepreneurs, husband-wife pair Adriana Chavela and Ron Stamey believe that together, we can change the world.
With the launch of Hola Carolina, they created an innovative social enterprise that gives critical voice to the diversity of our community. Through strategic programs that celebrate cultural diversity with related educational and outreach activities, they bring people together to build stronger and more economically vibrant communities.

The Story Behind Our Story The love story began when Adriana was selling advertising and Ron was a media buyer. When Ron ordered the media package from Adriana, the love and business partnership was born. “It was the easiest sale I’ve ever made,” says Adriana. Ron adds, “Work is always going to be a part of life, and if you can find work that you enjoy, that helps people, and that allows you to do it with people you care about surrounding you, then it’s the best kind of work.” While Adriana and Ron are social entrepreneurs, they insist that couples going into business together remember to put the same investment into their own relationship. In fact, they share the same thirst for adventure and love traveling to new places just as much as they love each other. |
